Opening branches for foreign companies

Our Company provides for Investors and Arab and foreign companies owners the services of opening branches thereof, so that they can directly conduct their business inside Iraq. For the sake of encouraging the investment in Iraq, we provide for such companies all the facilities that allows the investor or the company knows about all Iraqi laws that represent the investment law, the Iraqi Commercial Law and all the related laws. The company also appoint for such services a legal consultant and a chartered accountant free of charge for a period of six months to provide all related facilities.
